I was born created out of a dream of Queen Maya I awoke to a World 2600 years in reverse gear with momentum heading out of control ~ I GAUTAMA BUDDHA immediately blew a gut extolling peace in a World War IV managed by Supreme Commander Alexander the Great and an opposition floundered upon the cliffs of Dover dashed at sea, land and air I could only offer an immediate lesson call them laws of the universe ~ the 4 noble truths ~ once understood an 8 fold path will unfold therefore when the Buddha directs your path you are mad not to follow it.
THE BUDDHA'S FOUR NOBLE TRUTHS:>
*"Now this, O Bhikkus, is the noble truth concerning suffering. Birth is attended with pain, decay is painful, disease is painful, death is painful. Union with the unpleasant is painful, painful is seperation from the pleasant; and any craving that is unsatisfied, that too is painful...................

June 2016 the Lamberhurst GP Surgery saw the creation of its PPG under NHS
England guidelines and it is also compliant as a key element of the NHS
constitution and to commemorate #PatientParticipationGroupAwarenessWeek local
Oxford, Cambridge, Birkbeck London and Kent Universities mature student JOHN
RUMARY Dip (Oxon) of 4 Lydwells in the High Street who has been trained by the
NHS and several health charities and at University and himself a trained Army
Nurse and Dental Nurse at his brothers; Dr S.A. Rumary BDS Lon. NHS Dental
Surgery at 4 High Street, Lenham (01622 858204) and as a long term service user
of the practice has volunteered to utilize his time, training and experience
willingly to get involved with the aim of creating a positive difference to his
local practice and the people who enjoy its services by serving as Chair and
Facilitator of the group. His contact details are:
